RAWR-some Dinosaur Party

Feel the stomps and hear the roars, add a fun and modern twist to the classic dinosaur party with our Rawr-some Dinosaur Party. From the succulent greenery, bold colours and gold accents to the colourful gumball table scatters, this reptile party is prehistorically modern!

We wanted to create a modern earthy look for this party so we picked green and white as our main colours: white paper table cover, moss green paper table runner.

Then, we found these gorgeous gold dinosaur planters.

 

These planters are handmade by a Canadian artisan - an upcycled plastic toy, painted and sealed. We love the combination of a shiny gold colour and rugged dinosaur scales. These dinosaur planters are the perfect blend of retro kitsch and a modern day trend and most of all, we love the fact that dinosaur planters make a whimsical, sophisticated addition to the party table.

For tableware, we chose an eco-friendly bamboo square plate and paired it some classic French-inspired striped cake plates in black. The bold colours and gold foil elements on the paper cups and napkins accentuate the fun-ness of the party.

 

Instead of conventional confetti, we scattered gumballs all over the table.
