SHIPPING TERMS

PROCESSING TIMES: Most party boxes are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock and/or backordered. You will be notified of any delays within 2 days of placing your order. You will be given the choice to wait for new stock, replace the backordered items with other similar items that matches the desired theme party, or cancel your order.

CANADIAN SHIPPING: I use Canada Post for all packages destined for Canada. If you want your item(s) shipped to you faster, I can quote a faster method of shipping if you email me at hello@popperboxco.com prior to making your purchase. For more information on shipping times, please visit the Canada Post website.

LIABILITIES: Once a package has left my hands, Popper Box Co. is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur to your packages as I have no control over the carriers actions. A Tracking number is provided with all Xpresspost shipments. This number will be sent to you by email.

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS:  You are welcome to return your party box within 7 days of receipt if you change your mind or no longer have use for it. Please note that you must return all items that came with your party box. Items must reach me in new condition, in their original packaging. I will send you a store credit for the cost of the party box, valid for 3 months. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Missing items that are not returned to me will be deducted from your store credit.

 

 

To complete your return:

1. Send me an email at hello@popperboxco.com to let me know you will be returning a party box. I require a receipt or proof of purchase so please include your order number in the email.

2. Once I have received your email, I will send you the address to return your party box. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your party box. You may also want to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, I can't guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

Please do not put “Return to Sender” on the parcel or leave your parcel at your local post office unclaimed. I will be charged a return postage fee, which I will deduct from your credit. 

3. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned party box. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Popper Box Co. does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and I cannot refund items that arrive later than your party or required time. Popper Box Co. does not accept any responsibility for goods once they have been collected by Canada Post, including any loss or damage in transit. No reimbursement will be made by Popper Box Co. in such cases.

FAULTY ITEM: If an item inside your party box arrives in a faulty condition, please email me at hello@popperbox.com within 7 days of receipt for details of how to return the item for a replacement or refund. I will do my best to sort things out for you asap.
